Sommertraum from 1. Dampfbierbrauerei Zwiesel is a naturally cloudy, pale full beer with an extra dose of freshness. Its characteristic aroma comes from Cascade hops added in the lager tank – a traditional technique now usually known as cold hopping or "dry hopping."

The result is a pleasantly fresh and fruity pale lager with a pronounced hop aroma. At the same time, Sommertraum stays wonderfully easy-drinking and uncomplicated – exactly the right beer for warm days, evenings in the beer garden, and everything in between.

Sommertraum is unfiltered and therefore remains completely natural. As a true seasonal beer, it is only brewed during the warmer months.

How it tastes

Fresh, fruity and pleasantly hop-forward. The Cascade hops bring a delicate citrusy and floral aroma, while the lean malt body provides the typical easy-drinking character of a Bavarian Helles.
