MISCE from Lemke Berlin is no ordinary Imperial Stout. For this Barrel Blend, the robust stout matures in various pre-filled wooden barrels before the individual barrel maturations are married to create a complex composition.

Rye whiskey, Puerto Rico rum, brandy, and sherry meet here, lending the deep dark Imperial Stout its multifaceted character. Woody and spicy barrel notes combine with dark chocolate, caramel, and vanilla, followed by strong dark malt and roasted aromas.

On the palate, MISCE is bittersweet, enormously full-bodied, and complex. Overripe dark berries introduce a fruity-tart component and, together with the different barrel notes, ensure there is always something new to discover.

The special thing: Each MISCE Blend is unique due to the selection of barrels and the respective blending ratio – yet unmistakably MISCE.

Taste Profile

Strong, dark, and intense. Dark chocolate and caramel meet vanilla, roasted aromas, and spicy wood notes. In addition, there are hints of dark, overripe berries and the complex aromatics of various spirit barrels.
