Champ Gang from CAMBA Bavaria is a Brut Pale Ale that brings real freshness to the glass with its dry, lively character. Fine notes of nectarine and peach meet subtle vanilla tones and a light peppery spice.

Azacca, Citra and Crystal give it its distinctive character, together with a combination of Belgian ale yeast and sparkling wine yeast. The result: a lean, sparkling beer with delicate fruitiness and a pleasantly restrained bitterness.

Almost a bit of a champagne feeling – just as a beer.

How it tastes

Dry and sparkling with fine fruit sweetness at the start. Nectarine and peach take center stage, before a subtle bitterness rounds off a crisp, refreshing finish.
