Wine-like, fruity Berliner Weisse with changing hops
Kennedy is one of the Schneeeule Brewery's most famous editions. What makes it special: Each brewing batch is made with a different hop variety, so Kennedy never tastes quite the same. The current version uses Monroe hops, which lend wine-like and fruity aromas to the classic Berliner Weisse.
Through dry hopping, the straw-yellow, coarsely foamy beer gains additional aromatic depth - dry on the finish and with a pleasant fruity-sour note.
