Belgian Fruit Lambic with real raspberries
Since 1980, the Lindemans brewery in Vlezenbeek has been refining its traditional lambic with ripe raspberries – hand-picked at the peak of their ripeness. Aged hops are used not for bitterness, but as a natural preservative, entirely in keeping with old lambic tradition.
The result is an approachable, fruit-forward beer that skillfully combines the spontaneous acidity of lambic with the sweetness of fresh raspberries – also ideal for those who rarely opt for beer.
