Belgian Fruit Lambic with real raspberries

Since 1980, the Lindemans brewery in Vlezenbeek has been refining its traditional lambic with ripe raspberries – hand-picked at the peak of their ripeness. Aged hops are used not for bitterness, but as a natural preservative, entirely in keeping with old lambic tradition.

The result is an approachable, fruit-forward beer that skillfully combines the spontaneous acidity of lambic with the sweetness of fresh raspberries – also ideal for those who rarely opt for beer.

How it tastes

Sweet and fruity with a pleasant lambic acidity in the background and a crisp, fresh finish.

  • Aroma: Intense raspberry with red fruits
  • Taste: Sweet-sour, fruity, subtly lambic-sour
  • Mouthfeel: Light, lively
  • Bitterness: Very mild
  • Character: Approachable, fruity, refreshing

Pairs perfectly with
