Belgian Trappist Classic Since 1948

Chimay Blue was created in 1948 as the Christmas beer of the Notre-Dame de Scourmont Abbey and is today one of the most famous Trappist beers in the world. To this day, it is brewed within the monastery walls in Chimay, strictly following the traditional rules of Trappist brewing.

Mahogany in color with ruby highlights and a dense, beige-colored head, this Belgian Strong Dark Ale offers a complex interplay of aromas featuring dried fruit, caramel and wintery spices.
