We take the responsible handling of alcoholic beverages seriously. That's why we comply with the legal provisions of the German Youth Protection Act (JuSchG).

Sale of alcoholic beverages

Our range includes alcoholic beverages.

Sales are made exclusively within the framework of the legal provisions of the Youth Protection Act.

We sell beer, beer-based mixed drinks, wine, wine-based beverages, and sparkling wine exclusively to persons who have reached the age of 16.

We sell spirits and beverages containing spirits exclusively to persons who have reached the age of 18.

Age confirmation

By submitting an order, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age legally required for the ordered products.

You also assure that the information you provide about your age and person is complete and truthful.

Age verification upon delivery

Where legally required or necessary in individual cases, we reserve the right to have an age check carried out upon handover of the goods.

If a legally required age check is not possible, or if there are reasonable doubts about the recipient's legal age or the required minimum age, the handover of the goods may be refused.

Responsibility of the orderer

The person placing the order is responsible for ensuring that alcoholic beverages are handed over only to persons who have reached the legally required minimum age.

Passing on alcoholic beverages to children or young people below the legal age limits is not permitted.
